Address eye-catching direct mailing

You have made a choice from the various direct mailing products and selected a design. Now comes the next step in your direct mailing process: addressing and sending. You can choose to take care of the addressing of your direct mail yourself, but it is possible to outsource the addressing of your direct mailing products. All you have to do is provide an Excel file containing the name and address details of your customers and relations. We then have the name and address details of your customers and business relations printed on the envelope for an additional charge. No envelope is required for the self-mailers: the name and address details are printed directly on the product. The address details are printed in full color just like the rest of the printed matter. In addition to printing the address, it is also possible to personalize the direct mailing products. By addressing your customer or relation by his or her name, you ensure a personal mailing with the effect that the recipient feels special. Whether you personalize your mailing or not, the choice is then up to you whether you want to send the mailing yourself or via LocoMail. If you let LocoMail address the direct mail, we can send your direct mail for you.

Send your direct mail

If desired, we can send your eye-catching direct mailing. Depending on the product, quantity and lead time, we can determine which shipping service suits you best. We give advice, but the choice is ultimately yours. When you have your direct mailing sent to LocoMail, you can choose from two providers: Post NL and Royal Mail.

PostNL distinguishes between different categories of parcel post: small, large and special. The special category includes direct mailing products with a special appearance, such as the BliQje and the message in a bottle. Due to the open sides, a 5 Card is also seen by Post NL as special instead of small. Post NL has three options for shipping: 24-hour delivery, 48-hour delivery and 72-hour delivery. When you want to send the products quickly or when accurate delivery is important, 24-hour delivery is the best option. The 72 hour delivery is a cheaper option, but the delivery depends on certain days of the week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For a delivery abroad, Post NL has 2 options: Priority (2-3 days) or Standard (5 days).

Royal Mail Unlike Post NL, does not use categories for parcel post in the Netherlands, but a scale that goes per gram. This can be cheaper for direct mailing products with a special appearance. Royal Mail also uses a different system for shipping abroad. Royal Mail has a partnership with postal companies in, for example, Belgium and Germany. The package with your direct mail can be sent to Royal Mail and they will ensure that it reaches the postal company abroad. For higher postage costs, the direct mail can also be sent by courier to Royal Mail. The delivery at Royal Mail is bound to days; Packages can only be shipped on Mondays and Fridays and will take approximately 3-4 days to be delivered.
